First timers / Beginners / Refresher
Never tried a reformer before? This is the class for you! All levels are welcome! Focusing on form, this class is an excellent way to safely get introduced to Pilates equipment and terminology. It is also great as a refresher while still giving you a good workout! Not recommended for women after the first trimester of pregnancy.

reformer 1
All Levels / Beginner
Our Reformer 1 small group class is perfect for all levels. Focusing on alignment, core strength, and overall body conditioning, it is a great starting place for beginners due to the slower pace. It is also perfect if you are recovering from an injury, looking to review the fundamental principles of Pilates or simply need a balanced workout to round out your week. This class focuses on the classical Pilates movements to build strength, flexibility, and core stability at a comfortable pace. Modifications are offered to meet each participant’s unique needs. You will leave class feeling aligned, centered, and energized!

reformer 2
Intermediate Level
Our Reformer 2 class is designed for the more seasoned Pilates practitioner, offering a dynamic and challenging workout that builds on foundational movements with increased intensity and complexity. Perfect for those ready to elevate their practice, this class focuses on enhancing strength, flexibility, and control, pushing your core stability and overall endurance to the next level. Modifications and advanced variations are provided, allowing you to tailor the workout to your needs while continuing to grow in your Pilates journey. Join us for a rewarding and invigorating class that will leave you stronger, balanced, and energized. We recommend having at least 3 reformer 1 classes before jumping into a reformer 2 class. This class is not recommended for women after the first trimester of Pregnancy.

advanced athletic reformer
Advanced
Our Advanced Athletic Reformer class is designed for clients ready to take their Pilates practice to the next level with an intense, fitness-focused workout. This class applies a modern approach to Pilates giving you a full body workout in an upbeat and encouraging environment to strengthen and tone your body. This class incorporates additional weights and props, pushing you to build strength, endurance, and agility. Perfect for those looking to up their game, it combines the core-strengthening benefits of Reformer Pilates with athletic conditioning to help you reach new fitness goals. Advanced exercises and dynamic movements will challenge your stability, balance, and tone your muscles, leaving you feeling powerful and accomplished. Join us to elevate your fitness routine and achieve transformative results! We recommend having at least 3 reformer 2 classes before signing up for an athletic class. This class is not recommended for women after the first trimester of pregnancy.

cardio jump & sculpt
Intermediate / Advanced
Cardio Jump & Sculpt is a high intensity full body workout on the Pilates Reformer. This class will get your heart rate up, alternating between reformer and cardio jump intervals. We spend half of the class using the jump boards and the rest giving you a sculpting, full body workout. If you are looking for a high intensity experience working up a sweat and still honoring the classic Pilates principles, this class is for you. We recommend having at least 3 reformer 1 classes before taking a Jump & Sculpt class. This class is not recommended for women after the first trimester of pregnancy.

stretch & restore
All Levels
Rejuvenate your body and mind with this restorative class that focuses on deep stretching and mindful movements. Flexibility is just as important as strength, and this class is perfect for releasing tension and improving range of motion, leaving you feeling refreshed. This class will allow you to take time to focus on your breathwork as well as your mind to body connection.

reformer / tower Fusion
All Levels
This class is good for people of all levels. We incorporate the use of the tower along with the reformer and sometimes other fun props Adding the tower is great for lengthening and strengthening the whole body. Tower exercises often require a greater level of control and provide a deeper flexibility and strength than the reformer alone. This class is not recommended for women after the first trimester of pregnancy.

reformer barre mix
All Levels
Our Reformer-Barre class delivers a dynamic, full-body workout by combining the strength and control of Reformer Pilates with the precision and toning of barre movements. This class is perfect for all levels, focusing on muscle endurance, core stability, and body sculpting, with exercises that keep you moving and engaged. Modifications and progressions are offered to ensure everyone can work at their own pace, making it a great choice whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro looking for a fresh challenge.

pre & post natal
All Levels
In this class you will get a full-body workout with modifications and challenge options for expecting and recovering moms. This workout is safe, but not necessarily easy! We avoid exercises that can increase trauma to vulnerable areas like your abs and pelvic floor. We also focus on strengthening areas that will support a more comfortable pregnancy, delivery, and recovery. This workout promotes recovery of the postpartum body so you get back to feeling like yourself more quickly. Please consult with your doctor before registering for this class. This class/private is specifically designed for healthy bone maintenance and bone strengthening for those with osteopenia and osteoporosis. Please consult with your doctor before registering for this class.

Privates are also fantastic for enhanced sports performance and injury prevention. We have improved the performance and helped with injury prevention for golfers, pickleball players, tennis players, surfers, snowboarders, skiers, body builders and martial artists.
