Pilates is a low-impact, full-body workout that strengthens your core, improves posture, increases energy, and helps prevent injuries. It enhances stability, coordination, and total-body strength through intentional movement, breathwork, and mindful control. It’s a safe, sustainable way to feel stronger, more balanced, and more connected to your body.
At CDM Pilates, we blend classical and contemporary Pilates to create mindful, low-impact workouts that stretch, tone, and strengthen your entire body. Our small class sizes allow for personalized attention, safe alignment, and a welcoming environment where you feel supported from the moment you walk in.
Yes! Grip socks are required for all classes to keep you safe on the equipment.
If you forget yours, we have loaner pairs available in the studio.
All classes and private sessions are 50 minutes.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes before class. This gives you time to park, meet your instructor, settle in, and share any injuries or limitations so we can tailor the class safely to you.
Our memberships are designed to be flexible and supportive of your routine:
No enrollment fee
No long-term commitment unless stated in promo terms
Automatically renew monthly
Credits renew on the same day each month
Credits are valid for 30 days (If something comes up, please reach out — we understand life happens!)
30-day email notice required for any membership changes or cancellations
Memberships can be frozen for up to 90 days
Memberships cannot be shared
Unlimited plans allow one class per day
Memberships automatically renew until cancelled.
For detailed terms, refer to your Membership Agreement or email us anytime. Your membership agreement can be found in your MindBody account, which you will complete when signing up for a membership.
Booking early is the best way to secure your spot. If a class is full, you may join the waitlist.
Here’s how it works:
When the class is full the book button will change to waitlist and you can add yourself with one click
More than 12 hours before class: If a spot opens up, the system automatically adds you to the class.
Within 12 hours of class: You’ll only be added if you confirm first via phone, text, or email"
When joining a waitlist, please keep an eye on status. If you’re automatically added to the class, normal cancellation and no-show policies still apply. Please be sure to have SMS messages enabled with MindBody in order to receive notifications.
To help keep classes running smoothly:
Group Classes
Cancel or reschedule 12+ hours in advance: no charge
Late cancellations: loss of class credit
Unlimited members: $15 late cancel fee
No-shows: loss of credit + $15 no-show fee
Private Sessions
Cancel or reschedule 24+ hours in advance: no charge
We truly appreciate cancellations made early because they allow other clients on the waitlist to take your spot.
Because our class sizes are intentionally small, all sales are final.
If you ever have questions about a purchase, please reach out — we’re always happy to help.
Class packages are valid for 3 months from the purchase date.
New client specials must be used within 30 days.
Private session packages are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.

Please take photos before or after class only, and be sure that no clients or staff appear in your shot unless they’ve given clear permission.
Filming or recording workouts during class is not permitted, but your instructor is always happy to help take a quick photo afterwards.
