GROUP CLASSES
Our 50-minute, reformer-based Pilates classes are expertly designed to sculpt, tone, lengthen, strengthen, and stretch your muscles using a low-impact approach. With a range of classes suitable for all levels—from beginners to advanced practitioners—there’s something for everyone.

At CDM Pilates, we use top-of-the-line Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers with tower attachments and a full range of accessories. Each instructor is highly trained in Reformer Pilates and may also specialize in additional disciplines like Yoga, Tower, and Barre. Many of our teachers hold National Certification, ensuring they meet the highest standards of Pilates accreditation.
Classes may include strength training, cardio, and flexibility work, incorporating a variety of props such as Pilates balls, Power Circles, Therabands, dumbbells, jump boards, booty bands, ankle weights, wrist weights, gliders, boxes, and more.

REFORMER 1

PRIVATES
Whether you’re looking to improve mobility, enhance performance, or restore your body in a 1-1 environment, our instructors can create a program specifically tailored to your goals and your schedule. Our 1-1 50 minute sessions are the most effective way to embrace the benefits of a regular Pilates practice.
