Our 50-minute reformer-based Pilates classes are designed to sculpt, tone, lengthen, strengthen, and stretch your muscles in a low-impact method. We offer a variety of classes suitable for beginners to advanced practitioners.

We use top-of-the-line Balanced Body Allegro 2 reformers with tower attachments and all the bells and whistles. Every teacher at CDM Pilates holds an internationally recognized 500hr comprehensive Certification, and our small class sizes keep things personal.


Our classes may include strength training, cardio, and stretching. Instructors may utilize props including; Pilates ball, Power Circle, Therabands, dumbbells, jump-board, booty bands, ankle weights, wrist weights, gliders, boxes, etc.

Designed for students new(er) to build the essential Pilates fundamentals while gaining confidence on the mat, reformer, and tower apparatus, students focus on breath, posture, control, core stability, mobility, form, and the mind-body connection.


 Each class provides Mom the unique experience to ease their way back into workouts and motherhood while bonding with the baby. In this class we focus on realigning the pelvis, safely reactivating the core, and strengthening and stretching the entire body after delivery. 


 Designed for students with a consistent Pilates practice, experience,and confidence on the mat, reformer, and tower apparatus. This class moves at a faster pace with more intricate and advanced movements creating increased intensity.


This 30-minute beginner to intermediate reformer-based Pilates class is designed for students of all levels limited on time, but still want the benefits of a full-body workout. Modifications and advancements will be given to ensure students of all levels get the most out of their workouts.


 Designed for students ready for the next challenge in their consistent and knowledgeable Pilates practice. Flow seamlessly from one move to the next to define your muscles and increase core strength at a faster pace that keeps the heart-rate up.


 Reformer-based full-body workout designed for students of all levels that utilizes the jump board to increase heart rate allowing clients to burn more calories and increase endurance through a low-impact method. Modifications and advancements will be given to accommodate students of all skill levels.
