Private Pilates is the most beneficial way to recover from an injury or if you need some extra special attention, our incredible teachers will make sure that you are getting what you need through customized programs and one-on-one attention in a quiet space.


If you are new to Pilates and not sure where to start, we also offer Introductory Private appointments that are specifically designed to help you feel confident about attending group classes.
